Customer Service Sales Manager

We are pleased to be working exclusively with an award winning business in Bradford on Avon. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales order processing and customer service, looking to develop into a management role.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be the first point of contact for all customer queries and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved professionally

  • Taking sales orders over the phone and via email, provide and follow up quotations, raise invoices and process payments

  • Working closely with the rest of the team and other departments to ensure orders go out in a timely manner

  • Line managing a small team, leading meetings and supporting with recruitment

  • Ordering office stationary, meeting and greeting guests and playing a pivotal role in the day to day running of the office

  • Other duties commensurate to the role

What you'll need:

  • Customer service and sales order processing experience is key

  • A strong working knowledge of Mircosoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • A professional and friendly telephone manner

  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and internal staff

  • Previous experience line managing would be advantageous

We are welcoming CVs and applications from people working in sales processing and customer service based roles, as well as individuals currently working in a management role in a customer service setting. You'll receive lots of training and support from this business.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with one hour for lunch. You will receive 23 days holiday + bank holidays (4 days to be kept aside for Christmas and New Year shut down)

Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 DOE
